About me
I am a CAIN Registered Health & Nutrition Practitioner ™ (RHNP ™), HCA Registered Health & Nutrition Counsellor ™ (RHNC ™), HCA Registered Health Coach™ (RHC™) and Registered Yoga Alliance RYT 200 yoga instructor. I have clients both in Europe and North America and am so grateful that technology allows me to help anyone anywhere!
I balance my life with an organic whole foods diet, yoga practice and oil painting and have never felt healthier or stronger than I do now. I believe we can reach our true potential, by nourishing our bodies and minds with organic nutrient dense food, creativity and exercise.
The human body is a miracle constantly changing daily, along with our thoughts and dreams. We are all unique and there is no “one size fits all” approach for health. Helping clients successfully achieve their health goals one step at a time, at their own pace, is a my prerogative. I hope to empower clients by providing individualized Nutrition Counselling and Lifestyle suggestions that can help them enjoy life to the fullest, explore what makes them happy long term and give them the longevity and physical freedom to enjoy it.

Sian gave me safe nutritious meal plans based on my individual needs and on going support. Over five months I now have a comprehensive list of the foods my body reacts badly to and an even bigger list of foods my body loves. I have not had an episode and am a healthy weight. I also have a plan in place should I ever feel an an episode coming on.
